Lisa + Gina, A Purple Berkshires Wedding

These beautiful two ladies got married at the Roughland Estate in the Berkshires last Saturday. And they have major luck on their side too, because it poured all morning, and it poured on my drive home, but we had clear skies and even some semi-dry grass which allowed us to take some outdoor pics!Lisa and Gina’s wedding color was PURPLE, which I loved, and which they totally went all out with. To start with, some of their favors they put together for their intimate batch of 35 guests: Gina went all out and had not one, but TWO purple bouses (one for the ceremony, one for the reception), and had the buttons on her Ann Taylor suit covered with purple satin from the bridesmaid’s gowns. Gina, letting off steam on a set of drums that happened to be sitting at the Roughland Estate. It was fitting that Gina did prep in the music room since she is apparently, very musically talented. Even her purple Doc Martin’s are getting with it. To match Lisa’s purple shoes!Gina getting ready:And Lisa got ready on the third floor of Roughland. Huge, beautifully lit bedchambers, huge, pretty bathroom – it was a great venue. The ceremony was originally slated to be outdoors, but it was too wet, so they opted for an indoor ceremony instead. Signature drink: also purple! I think these ladies are just so cute together. Making sure that no one sees them before they get introduced: This guy rocked out so hard…… he split his pants. Congrats, Lisa and Gina, on a beautiful day!
